LCOOU Extension 2023-2024

The Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe University Extension Department offers a wide range of educational opportunities through continuing education, webinars, workshops, and events.

Anthony Buckanaga, who goes by his Ojibwe name, Makadee Bineshiinh, is the instructor for our Extension workshops in our 600 wing.

Monday: Moccasins, on May 13, 20, 27.

Tuesday: Ribbon skirts/shirts, on May 14, 21, 28.

Wednesday: Beading Circle, on May 15, 22, 29.

Thursday: Painted belts, on May 16, 23, 30.

Friday: Sewing circle, on May 17, 24, 31.

** For Moccasins and Belts, they are Beginning of the Month Sign Up (i.e.,1st week), then they will be removed so they can finish projects. Ribbon skirts/shirts, beading circle, and sewing circle are signup anytime in the month.
