Highway Construction Skills Training (HCST) is a new, innovative program that encourages women and minorities to seek employment in the transportation industry.
In the 6 weeks, 160-hour HCST industry awareness class, trainees are exposed to:

Laser/Transit

Must be 18 years of age, valid drivers license with good driving record, ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, physical ability to do strenuous labor in extreme weather conditions, transportation to various work sites in the northeast and central Wisconsin, a minimum of sixth-grade math and reading skills, ability to work independently and safely. MUST pass drug and alcohol tests before being accepted into the program.
