January & February 2026 | Community Engagement & Data Gathering

• Host listening sessions and conduct surveys.

• Gather institutional data.

February 2026 | Strategic Framework Development

• Define key performance indicators and accountability structures.

March & April 2026 | Drafting and Validation

• Strategic goals drafted and shared with the campus and community for feedback.

April & May 2026 | Finalization & Adoption

• Finalize, approve, and disseminate the plan.

June & July 2026 | Implementation & Continuous Improvement

• Implement the plan and continually assess.
