I wanted to work in a place that feels warm and inviting. My previous work, while rewarding was very stressful, led to burnout, and I was getting jaded. LCOOU has been able to give me the fresh start that I needed and has been very patient with me while I learn new systems and procedures. It's awesome to be able to serve again without dreading coming to work.
