Bookstore and Student Accounts
You can now purchase your books with the Academic Affairs Office on our virtual bookstore! You will now have the option to buy your textbooks new, used, rental, eBooks, and shop at a bookstore marketplace for your textbook needs. You will still need to get a book voucher before you can order your books, which you can receive from financial aid. If you have any questions about the book ordering process, please review the steps listed.
For those students that decide to drop a class or withdraw, you will have 30 days after the first day of classes to return your books. Books will be refunded but student will be charged 10% restocking fee and have to pay for shipping to return books.
If your class was cancelled or schedule change beyond your control, the college will be responsible for your restocking/return shipping fee. Please contact Stephanie St. Germaine if you are returning a textbook from a cancelled class.
The Business Office manages student accounts at LCOOC, located in Rm 418. This office distributes all financial aid refunds, centralized place for students to make payments on their student accounts, distribute 1098-T's, make payment plans, and all third party billing.
