This program helps LCO College students get paid work experience in their chosen field while they earn their degrees!
Paid, Mentored On-the-Job Training!
Our staff helps each student with an individual internship placement that benefits his or her goals. Students are paid weekly by the program during the school year. Students and their supervisors arrange a work schedule that fits around classes.
We work with college and local high school staff and instructors to best meet the needs of the students. We have contact with many tribal and non-tribal businesses and employers that have places for student interns.
Assisting Student Needs
Work Based Learning offers help for students with supplies, testing fees, and additional training opportunities, too. You do not need to have an internship in order to apply for assistance.
