Student Intern Profiles

Carolyn has joined the internship program as an Audio Visual Engineering Technician for the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe Community College Migizi Library. Experienced in public radio as an interim station manager and office manager, Carolyn became interested in this project when she saw the archival tapes at the station. Her interest was heightened by a personal interest, and she wrote “To know that the voices of my parents, and the voices of all their friends from other tribes, and the voices of all our relatives could be heard and passed on for others to enjoy brings joy to my heart”.
