Midwest Regional University Transportation Center
The University of Wisconsin-Madison formed a consortium with other leading universities in the region to focus on the Optimization of Transportation Investment and Operations. The Midwest Regional University Transportation Center (MRUTC) focuses on research, outreach, and education in asset optimization and management techniques for transportation facilities. MRUTC has partnered with LCOOCC along with University of Wisconsin - Madison, Marquette University, University of Cincinnati, Northwestern University, Richard J. Daley College, and University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
LCOOCC became a MRUTC consortium member in 1999.
Here at LCOOCC MRUTC funds support student projects and internships, technology transfer, and outreach projects.
