Medical Assistant
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Medical Assistant program will prepare the student to perform routine tasks for the offices and clinics of physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, and optometrists. The Medical Assistant, Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College Associate of Applied Science program, is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants Endowment (CRB-AAMAE).

TECHNICAL STANDARDS
As a Medical Assistant student, you should be able to:

possess the manual dexterity to perform an injection
