What We Do Best
Founded in 1982, LCOOCC is a multi-site institution. You can find us at LCO (Hayward), Bad River (Ashland), Lac du Flambeau (Minocqua), Red Cliff (Bayfield) and St. Croix (Hertel). We strive to be a great place to study anything from Nursing to Business to Native American Studies. We have an open-door policy, which means that we don't care how well you've done before -- we care what you want to do now.
Highlights
LCOOCC offers quality instruction (with small class sizes, for more one-on-one time with your professors) leading to accredited degrees at a highly affordable price.
We are dedicated to helping our students pursue education as far as they choose to take it: we have many agreements with other colleges and universities for our students to go on to earn a Bachelors.
Additionally, LCOOCC offers student support, Career Counseling, an opportunity to engage in student organizations and many other opportunities. LCOOCC also offers GED/HSED coursework and degrees -- we have many alumni who came to us without a high school diploma, who are now college graduates with good jobs or enrolled in Bachelors Degree programs.
