The Bursar’s office manages student accounts at LCOOCC. This office distributes all financial aid refunds. The Bursar’s office also provides a centralized place for students to make payments on their accounts for tuition, fees, and miscellaneous charges.

Payment plans and all third party billing are also handled through the Bursar’s office.
